Case Study - SCA Collections Inc.

This website was originally designed by another designer. DTI was contracted to take over the modifcations and management of this website and made a few minor modifcations. Our major contribution is the addition of a file management system that allows SCA Collectoin's clients to log into thier website to deposit files for processing. This process use to be accomplished by mailing disk back and forth.

Each user has a private drop box and can only view files that they have uploaded.
Files ar now available instantly reducing time and shipping cost.
Website administrator can add or delete users as needed from the control panel.

Case Study - Regional Cardiology

This website was originally designed by another designer. DTI was contracted to take over the modifcations and management of this website and made a few minor modifcations. Our major contribution is the addition of a transcription management feature.

The doctor records his notes using a dictation device connected to his computer. The dictation audio files that would normally be saved on disk are instead saved to an internet file server to be picked up nightly by a remote transcriptionist. Transcribed doccuments are now returned to the doctor completed by the next morning instead of a 2 day turn around.
