PC Remote Control / Remote Support
Access computers remotely from anywhere. Secure and configurable.  Access PCs behind firewalls and NAT without port mapping or infrastructure changes.  Many support services require special devices or configuration of firewalls.  Our approach does not require you to change your network.  In fact, for security reasons, our system does not initiate any contact with your network devices.

 

Patch Management
Fully automated security patch scan technology, patch deployment and history.  You could pay an onsite technician to physically sit down at each computer/device to scan (wait), then install (wait), and verify that each has the latest operating system updates and patches.  Or we can automate much of this process by programming the task for the entire group of devices.  Our system automatically detects when a new Microsoft update is released and notifies the admins responsible for keeping your system up to date.   This increases security by decreasing the release to deployment time.
